WHAT DID YOU DO YOU DO BEFORE WORKING IN RADIO?
I loaded tractor trailors at a Dollar Tree warehouse in my hometown and washed dishes at a Denny's...
WHAT WOULD YOU DO IF YOU WEREN'T IN RADIO?
probably rockstar...yeah, definitely rockstar...
WHAT'S YOUR FAVORITE PART ABOUT WORKING AT GEM 98.7?
I love meeting new people and visiting different places and experiencing all that the area has to offer. When you have a really short attention span, like I do, it's great to never do the same thing two days in a row...it's perfect for me. And the staff I work with is just like a great big dysfunctional family...kind of reminds me of home.
WHAT DO YOU DO IN YOUR SPARE TIME?
I like to stay on the go. I'm one of those people who hates to sit around. I love going to concerts, visiting area race tracks, checking out the latest movies, spending time with friends and family, heading out to the local watering holes for some frosty adult beverages and meeting new people, tending bar at Holmes Plate in Corning on Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays and and I also manage my own DJ service, T.N.T Entertainment, doing weddings, anniversaries, birthdays, parties for the hell of it, and bar/club gigs. I have to stay busy or I'm pretty sure I'll go even crazier than I already am. When I do stay in I love to watch movies and other stuff that's cluttering up my DVR and play video games (I'm a racing video game junkie).
WHAT'S SOMETHING PEOPLE MIGHT BE SURPRISED TO KNOW ABOUT YOU?
I love to bang on things. I've been playing drums for nearly 15 years and am actually a classically trained percussionist...did you know there's a WRONG way to play a tambourine? It's true... |
